Dr. James Dana Kondrup, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., A.C.G.E.
Dr. Kondrup received his medical degree from the Upstate Medical College in Syracuse, New York and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Bridgeport Hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut, an affiliated facility with Yale University Hospital. In 1992 he stopped practicing obstetrics to dedicate his and his staff's efforts exclusively towards advanced gynecologic and fertility treatments.

Dr. Kondrup is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Upstate Medical College in Syracuse, New York. He is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, The Endometriosis Association, Resolve and the New York State Medical Society.
Among Dr. Kondrup's special surgical qualifications is his certification by the Accreditation Council on Gynecologic Endoscopy. He was one of the first 250 physicians in the United States to receive this honor and is currently one of less than 1000 certified physicians across the U.S.

Dr. Kondrup's hospital duties include serving as chairman of the Lourdes Hospital Laser Committee for over six years. He is also a member of the credentials and operating room committees.

Mary L. Barr, P.A.-C.
Mary joined our practice in 1992 as a certified physician's assistant. She received her undergraduate degree from Immaculate University and then went on to receive her physician's assistant degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA.

Mary works in all aspects of women's health care but has developed a special rapport with the adolescent and teen patients. She has lectured extensively on perimenopause and often holds special consultations with our patients to discuss this sometimes-confusing transitional time in a woman's life.

What sets Mary apart from all of the others is her mature sense of empathy and compassion for all of our patients. Her ability to sincerely address a woman's concerns is reflected in her compassion and caring touch. It is through these qualities that Mary carries on our mission of providing the best in women's health care.

Lisa Mullins, F.N.P.-C.

Lisa completed her Bachelors of Nursing at SUNY College of Technology in Utica, New York. After this she went on to work at Lourdes Hospital for eleven years. There her experience included working on the patient floors and in the operating room. This experience has given her the distinct advantage in seeing first hand what women who undergo surgery go through.

Lisa then received her Masters in Nursing from Binghamton University. During her course work she interned in our office to fulfill part of her gynecology requirements.

Her past experience in internal medicine and hospital work has, without a doubt, placed Lisa in a unique position of providing comprehensive women's health care. These insights allow her the ability to openly discuss patients' fears and concerns. Lisa's kind and caring nature place patients at ease and we are grateful to have her as part of our family.

Margaret Teichman, R.D.M.S.
Margaret received her degree in ultrasound from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and joined our practice in 1991 as chief of our division of sonography. She brought with her many years of experience in obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound. Furthermore, Margaret worked as a sonographer in one of the busiest fertility practices in the Philadelphia area. This enabled her to experience thousands of fertility patient cycles.

Just prior to joining our practice, Margaret worked in the ultrasonography department at Lourdes Hospital where she had extensive experience with gynecological patients.
Last year, as a result of Margaret's diligence and hard work, we became one of the first practices in the area to offer sonohysterosalpingography (water is placed in the uterus during the ultrasound). This simple, painless office procedure allows us to evaluate certain conditions that would have otherwise needed surgery.

Since joining us in 1991, Margaret has become our fertility coordinator. She is responsible for the patient education aspect of fertility treatments and is the liaison between the satellite IVF programs and other institutions. Her kind gentle nature makes us fortunate to have her in this position and makes our fertility division all that more special.

Debbie Hoy, F.N.P.-C.
Debbie received her nursing degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her clinical work began with caring for open heart and surgical patients.

She then gained tremedous experience while working with Lourdes Hospital for 16 years. Her roles at the hospital included: Nursing Supervisor; Relief Charge Nurse; Unit Educator; and Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department.

To further specialize in the field of medicine, Debbie pursued a Masters of Science in Family Nursing from Binghamton University. Her degree also included a dual functional role as a Nurse Educator. A significant portion of her gynecological training was completed at this office.
A special interest of Debbie’s is working with teens and young adults. The depths of her clinical skills have been rooted in her extensive work experiences.
